Job Description:
As an International Sales and Marketing Account Executive at Piniya, you will play a crucial role in driving international sales growth and enhancing our global brand presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
International Sales Development:
Identify and target potential international clients, including retailers, distributors, and online platforms, through market research and networking.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve international sales goals.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations tailored to the needs of international clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with international clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key international clients.
Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
International Marketing Initiatives:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote Piniya’s products in international markets.
Create compelling marketing materials and presentations to support international sales efforts.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in international markets.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on international sales and marketing performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales strategies and marketing efforts in international markets.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to international clients.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning process.
Share best practices and support the professional development of team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in the home decor or related industry.
Strong understanding of international sales principles and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Benefits:
Expected Salary: 15,000 – 45,000 THB (Not including commission yet.)
